About the Hartlepool Financial Inclusion Partnership

The Hartlepool Financial Inclusion Partnership was officially relaunched in July 2015. It is designed to bring together relevant public, private, voluntary, community sector Advice and Guidance agencies to enable them to support each other and work together for the good of Hartlepool residents. Service providers are encouraged to:

Whenever possible service providers promote support services available to residents, ensure services are flexible and accessible, and are accessible to residents to access advice and guidance. At times there will be opportunities for collaboration to achieve desired outcomes designed to positively effect the residents of Hartlepool.

HFIP was formed for the purpose of creating sustainable communities in Hartlepool. We are an informal partnership of key stakeholders from the public and voluntary sectors within Hartlepool, with a mandate to be the vehicle for effective working on issues and circumstances which create financial exclusion in the Borough of Hartlepool.
